Four star hotel that talks the talk but doesn't walk the walk. Positive: Spacious room, nice decor, mostly clean. Negative: The "sea view" was obstructed from most areas of the room. The fridge in the room didn't work. The shower had spots of mould. I reported the broken fridge at 8am after checking in through multiple channels. Had to follow up through multiple channels to get a reply that they'll send someone to resolve it. Ended up with a broken fridge for the entire 3 night stay after being promised a resolution. I asked for a partial refund that someone was going to get in touch with me to arrange and still haven't. It is now a week later, I've followed up and it's not been resolved yet. Overall the "self-service" check-in resulted in lack of actual support with promises of resolution that aren't followed through. For these prices I'd recommend you look elsewhere.
