Great place to stay to explore Penarth and surrounding areas Positive: Great location for our purposes. Comfortable and clean. Negative: Nothing

Positive: Instructions on how to use the appliances like the cooker. A set of utensils only one fork the utensils were made up from different sets. Needs a little painting in the bathroom around the skirting boards. Negative: There was nothing I didn't like it was absolutely amazing

Positive: I liked that you could get in touch with someone quickly if you had a problem. The room was clean and had all you needed for a good stay Negative: There was a lot of noise as it was by the side of the car parking area

Positive: I specifically liked the no-key entry system, the entry code was brilliant. The location was central enough that everything was within a short travelling distance. Negative: There were no negative aspects to my stay.

Great location, lovely hotel Positive: The place was beautiful, in a great location, right down the side of the building there is a path that leads straight to the coast. 2 minute walk! The restaurant was beautifully decorated and the food and drinks were amazing. The room we stayed in had everything you needed and was very clean. Negative: The windows are paper thin, you could hear every foot step and car on that stoney carpark, it genuinely sounded like it was in the room. The same issue with voices of guests leaving the restaurant late at night. Also, there is no curtain, just blinds, so the sunlight woke me up at 6am, not ideal when you want a lie in.
