disappointing Positive: The main house is lovely, staff were great, nice bar. Negative: The property was not clean, there was dirty towels left from the previous guest, which is not acceptable.

Stunning location and Hotel Positive: A beautiful building, stylish and idillic location. Parking was easy and contactless reception very simple. The restaurant style, menu and stunning outlook were first class. I had a small apartment, for an overnight business trip it was ideal. Outside space for relaxing was very pleasant. Negative: While the apartment was tidy and clean. The solid floor had not been mopped clean, which as its summer meant walking around in bare feet was unpleasant.

Positive: Location and facilities Negative: Housekeeping was poor- coffee machine was not cleaned - washing machine drain stank until we ran a quick wash to put water in the drain trap

Everything we needed but the quality of things could be improved. Positive: It was an easy walk to the resort. Welcome pack. Powerful shower. Keyless entry and exit. Negative: Mattress extremely soft, not very supportive, pillows a bit lumpy, not great quality bedding. Broken ironing board which collapsed when being opened. No ice box in fridge. It felt very budget. Lights not all working.

Disappointing Positive: Proximity to the pier and local shops. Negative: Not good being right next to entrance gate. Apartment lounge / kitchen very small. Overhead apartment was very noisy when occupied. There was no benefit having the adjacent restaurant as we were told that they were a separate entity.
