Positive - great location and comfortable Positive: Easy check in and excellent communication from host Negative: The patrons from the restaurant were noisy when hanging about the parking area when smoking or bidding farewell to one another - the windows are not noise cancelling/double glazed, hence sounded like the crowd were in our room - settled down after 22:30

The building is still under development. Positive: The view from the bedroom window Negative: The safety of the building. You just need to know your room number and you can enter the building without a code.

A convenient place to stay as we were visiting family Positive: Very easy to get in, the PIN code worked well. We were able to park on site which felt more secure. The room was clean and comfortable and they had left us a bag of goodies Negative: Not a criticism but it would be good if in the future breakfast could be available. Having said that, there was a fridge, coffee machine and kettle

Positive: Lovely location. The room was lovely. Nice hot shower. The bed was a bit hard for us, but everyone is different. Plenty of towels. Train station 10 minutes walk.
