Positive: Location was good Negative: Bathroom was very dirty

It was okay. There was hair on the bathroom floor & bedding from previous guests. Positive: This is a room only property. A small pack of drinks and snacks available in the room. Negative: It was a bit of a faff to get the code and I had to provide passport photo and a £100 is held on your payment card for security against damage. The payment had been held by Airservice for a month after I stayed, this is far too long and quite frankly too long to release back to a card. Hair was found in the bed and on the bathroom floor from previous guests.

Great place Positive: Beautiful Negative: Nothing

Negative: Door code did not work upon arrival. Had to call in to get them to remotely open the door. There is no reception adn it is a completely remote (smart) hotel. Which is a great aspect, when it works. They reset the code on the bedroom door that ended up working for the stay, however the front entrance door to the building did not work. I called and asked them to reset it because my husband was working overnight and would only be coming in at 4-5am. She just told me that he can call if it doesnt work when he arrives. It didnt work when he arrived. the attached restaurant is a separate business, they are not open during the day and you can not access that part of the building. So all the pictures do not qualify as usable space. dinner is only open after 5 and so you can not enjoy the front gardens, sit there and work, see the ocean, not even order a day coffee or coke. We sat in the lobby downstairs where the lights do not even turn on during the day. people were in and out through the day asking about the hotel and restaurant because there was no employees in sight. We were unable to provide answers they needed. I have requested an invoice with multiple messages, phone calls and emails. They say the owner has to get back to me, still no one has got back to me. this was over 4 weeks ago which is inconvenient becuase this was a company expense in which i need an invoice. also, the pictures show a beautiful bath tub but there is no plug for the bath so it is not usable.
