Positive: Beautiful building and good facilities. Great restaurant and friendly staff.

Nice place Positive: Location, building itself. Clean room Negative: Small details, no teaspoons in room, yet plenty of tea, coffee etc, jam and marmelate, yet nothing to put it on

Positive: Very comfortable bed. Lovely deep roll topped bath. Coffee machine was a lovely touch. Negative: Hanging rail no longer attached to the wall, scuffs and dirty marks on the walls in the bedroom & bathroom. A lovely bathroom but not a great finish on the bath. Venetian blinds and no curtains, if your planning on a lie in its not ideal. Being asked to be quiet between 10pm and 8am (not a problem) I'm guessing that it's because you can literally hear your neighbours word for word.

Nice but just let down by condition of room Positive: Beautiful old building in a lovely road very peaceful setting and easy access to town or nice long walks along cliff path check in and out works fine Negative: I had room 106 it was a little bit tired and needed so work doing bedroom had paint coming off wall and bathroom had some signs of mould on skirting boards and bad repairs around shower screens and bath panel, it wouldn’t take much to fix properly and can give a nice place a bad name. I can’t speak for any other rooms
