Great location for your stay in penarth Positive: Location, easy access and secure car parking Negative: Design of our 2 bedroom room was difficult with 2 grown ups as the toilet had to be accessed via the other bedroom and vice versa with the shower. Otherwise the rooms were adequate.

Disapointing Negative: No one to greet you battled to find internet. Fantastic staff at the restaurant BUT it Closed at 5 pm Sunday until Wednesday!!!!. Also they have nothing to do with the hotel side so not really their responsibility to help but they were fantastic. Unable to use it the restaurant for the whole stay, I left on Wednesday. When alarm went off on Wed it took over an hour to get someone out and he could not re set it! Not one was there when you come in at night in the dark and wet, dismal lights in hall! Again it Was left to restaurant staff to try and help us when they came in. Not sure I would want to stay there again in the winter. Also had no hot water in the bath, had to run any water for ages to get hot water through in the shower. Lovely place but needs sorting,. There were Americans staying who had no car and they battled to find anywhere to eat on Sunday evening. They had to go out for breakfast and did not realize there was a cafe on the cliffs. Just lack of any info, no broacher info booklet anything! Poor PR!

Negative: Le chauffage et la douche ne fonctionnent pas. En novembre c'est gênant. Des travaux sont en cours, c'est peut-être l'explication. Impossible de contacter quelqu'un en soirée.

We had a lovely weekend and Will definitely go back Positive: Very nice property with high standards
