We really enjoyed our visit and would recommend the property to friends. Positive: The apartment was unbelievably clean and the service team kept in touch to make sure we had everything we needed. Negative: It was extremely hot up in our room. There were fans provided but it was still sweltering.

Everything was clean, fresh and beautifully presented. Positive: I absolutely loved everything about our stay — the location, the hotel itself, our room, and the overall atmosphere. We had fresh, clean bedding and towels, as well as a coffee machine and a teapot in the room. We also received a lovely complimentary bag with snacks and water, along with coffee capsules and tea bags. It was such a thoughtful touch and made our stay even more enjoyable. Negative: The only thing I would kindly recommend to the hotel management is providing disposable slippers in the rooms. This was the only thing we felt was missing during our stay and would have made our experience even more comfortable.

Positive: Wonderful outlook over Bristol Channel very well appointed a comfortable bed which is always important. Direct access to the Bus into Cardiff on the hour from 10:15 give or take. Negative: Stairs an issue getting bags to 2nd floor but we were aware of this from the outset.

An overall good experience and will definitely return Positive: The property was outstanding, we didn’t manage to meet any staff as we checked in ourselves on the website! But overall the location was amazing and the views were fantastic
